Clove Cigarettes Shop did not fulfill Order

I ordered two cartons in October 2013 at a cost of $84. After sending repeated emails in November and December they sent a tracking number that showed they were returned to sender because they addressed the package in correctly. In January 2014 they said they would resend but that I had to pay additional shipping cost again. I told them it was clear that they had addressed the package incorrectly and that I had no assurance that sending additional money would provide the desired out come. They did not respond to repeated requests. DO NOT ORDER from Clove Cigarettes Shop if you live in United States.

Been waiting 3 weeks now no parcel, not even sent, my money $196.00 gone.

11 days and still in pending

Sigh, wish I'd checked this website first as I would have never bought from them... Placed my order on 11/9/13 and paid via Western Union as instructed, got confirmation that payment was received and their website shows my order pending as of 11/12/13. Having purchased cloves directly from Indonesia previously I'm used to poor communication and slow processing of orders so no surprise that a week later no update. I poked them via email, no response, gave another poke three days later and no response again - it's 11/20/13 and I just sent poke number three but after seeing the history of these people...sigh.

I followed the instructions and then sent the payment through Westeren Union. When I called Westeren Union to check to see if they have collected my payment and they did. So I sent them the message that they have collected the money and they told me that they want to the bank and there was no money in the bank. Rip Off

I bought from this company. They are very good at respond back with the payment. Once the payment is sent. THey take the money and run off with it. Becareful of these guys. I tried many times email and calling them buy they wont respond back. When I call westeren Union they already took my money. So I guessed im luck out of my money. Has anybody ever had them send you the item. There customer service is garbage. Do not ever buy from these guys. They are a bunch of crooks and theives. Don't trust them or every give them your money.

Do Not order from this site - they are scammers. They no longer use Bali payments (Bali probably dropped them) They only take Western Union (cash) - they are very responsive at order and payment time. then they give a bogus tracking number. The # was for a package that went to a different state and was supposedly returned to Jakarta per EMS website. Of course have sent multiple e-mails - no response. Their on line chat is never live. They take $ - Website says to contact lease contact our customer service for EMS at 800cc@***.co.id Contact person : Mrs. Chandra. No response there either. Beware do not buy - this is not a reputable Co. !

I saw this review after I ordered and paid via Western Union, and I was worried. Turns out I was worried for nothing.

I got my package today, less than a week after payment was picked up. I can't speak for these others, but I merely sent them my Western Union# and referenced my order number when the money was there, and then again after I got confirmation of pickup, they provided a tracking# and I tracked it through customs and then though USPS until it arrived.

Clovecigaretteshop & orange-bali payment

I to have just had same troubles clovecigaretteshop claims they are awaiting deposit of funds from bali payment that was exactly a month ago.They were very quick in taking money from my acct. I questioned clovecigaretteshop, so I ordered from different company kretek-cigarettes and am getting the exact problem. So who are the crooks? They say to contact bali payment I have several times with no reply and in the last week there website is temporarily out of service due to maintanence-HUH? What did you hear about the scandal with BaliPayments? What I heard it was they (BaliPayment) who were frauded a huge amount of money by one of their agent clients. When they realised it was too late and they agent had the moeny and not able to pay them back.

I also had issues with my order through clove cigaretteshop.com. It is Bali that is the problem.

Save yourself the hassle.

Go to your nearest Western Union location, you can use your Credit Card and send the money. I received my order promptly after doing so.

I paid them through Alertpay on 11/01/2010. Alertpay deposited the money into an orangebali account.

CCS says they were unable to withdraw funds.

Has anyone actually gotten their bank to dispute the charge? My bank says they can't dispute it because it was a third party payor. I'd rather have my cloves but I'd sure settle for my money back!

Bali Payment in itself is under investigation and they will not hand over the funds to anyone (it's in the millions). It has nothing to do with the websites or your money, it's Bali Payment in general.

They did something and there is a huge scandal right now so no money is being transfered. Go with AlertPay, ordered mine, no problem. Also file a claim with your bank/credit card company and they will refund the money for you.

It takes a while, but it helps. I go through clovecigarettestore and as long as you give them your order information and reference number if you use alertpay, then they will send your order.

Ripped Off !

I ordered 16 cases of Djarum supers on 10/10/2010 the money was withdrawn from my account on 10/12/2010. my order still shows pending ! $418.50 gone no replys to my numerous everyday e-mails & their customer service phone # is disconnected . Who runs a buisness with no way to contact them , even their live chat is offline. Very bad company, Ive dealt with them for over a year now & never had a problem ! I TOTALLY understand! I am having the same problem.

I even called all the way to AUSTRALIA, to talk to the National Australia Bank because Bali Pay INSISTS that NAB is holding my funds. NAB has heard nothing about it, and said that they would not hold funds unless it was a bankruptcy, or such.

SO...either the Clove cigarette internet store are going belly up and still taking peoples money...OR, they are fine and STILL taking peoples money and refusing to send out orders that have been paid for.

THEY ARE LAUGHING AT US!!

The last email I received from SaleCheapCigarettes states that they were not afraid of me and that our laws here in the USA could not touch them!

The SOBs are getting away with stealing our money, and there is very little that can be done about it.

Because my payment went through when I paid Bali Pay, my bank cannot get it back. So I can not dispute it because I paid it.

"Gabriel" at SaleCheapCigarettes even told me that "they" would not hesitate to cause problems for me if I tried to press charges against them. Perhaps they think that by taking our money and not sending our orders....it is a way to get even with the USA for banning Clove cigarettes in the states. If that is the case.... The reason why I have targeted Langit Bali is because Fian who said she is your boss, and also works for Bali Pay ( When I wrote to Bali Pay...she was the person who responded) told me that Langit Bali was Bali Pays home office. The only thing that would make sense is if Bali Pay, or Langit Bali, or Salecheapcigarettes were already under investigation for a problem, and therefore your accounts with National Australia Bank are frozen.

If that is true.... then Bali Pay had no right to accept funds from anyone until they have their issue with the bank cleared.

How would you feel if it was you who has lost $116.00 for a order, and no one can give you a decent answer as to where the money is??

I am not blaming you, or Fian directly. I do understand that you only work for the companies. HOwever, your companies must be held accountable for not following good business practices.

If Bali Pay was having trouble...., they should have told all vendors they work with, that they could not accept payments at this time so that people could pay a different way. If I had known that Bali Pay was going to be trouble...., I would have gone through the trouble of paying through Western Union, which is more difficult but perhaps more trustworthy.

So please, understand that it is NOT YOU. But I do feel I have a right to find out where my money went, and/ or why it has disappeared. SOMEONE has got to have answers as to where it is, and why it is not being sent to salecheapcigarettes, or back to my Mastercard.

I had done business with this company throughout the last year too. Never had a problem until I placed my order at the end of Sept.

2010. My payment was quickly taken, but then no shipment was made. They never responded to any of my emails, or any other attempts I made through Bali Payment to get some answers. I finally was able to get my bank to refund my money on Oct.

20, 2010.

I'm so dissapointed in this company, and their "sister" companies too. I would NOT recommend getting anything from this company!

I have placed several orders in the past through this website. I placed another order about a month ago. The money was withdrawn from my credit card a few days later. I paid through Bali pay. I was informed by Clovecigaretteshop that my order was pending because of an issue with Bali pay. They won't respond to any emails regarding the status of my order or any requests to cancel the order and refund my money. I have tried following up with the company several times with no response. Bali Pay says that all refunds are to be issued through the company. I no longer trust this company and am appalled at their lack of customer service.

on 9/07/10, I placed an order with clovecigaretteshop.com. I paid them 86.86USD, per their instructions through a web service payment site called Bali. They then emailed me stating that they had not received payment from Bali and were going to cancel my order if they did not receive the payment. I have emailed them, I have forwarded a copy of my invoice that shows paid in full (per their instructions), and have sent them SEVERAL emails in regard to this matter. I have yet to get a response from their "24 hour customer service", and have a horrible feeling I have been ripped off. Do not purchase anything from this company. I wish I would have read some of these posts sooner, so I would not have been ripped off as well!

SAME HERE! I placed an order on September 1st 2010, and on the 10th they emailed me stating they had not received the $107.XX for my order.

It was taken out of my account five minutes after I had placed the order on the 1st. I forwarded the receipt email as confirmation of paying. Since the 10th (currently 15th) I have attempted to email them several times, no responses.

I feel as if I am going to have thrown $107 away and never receive any product.

I HAVE placed three orders with them in the past and never had any issues. I'm hoping this is only a temporary issue they are having, maybe with their email system?

I sent an order to clovecigaretteshop of $244.00 on 09/24/2010, they have my order pending and have no explanation why it is pending? Ok they used BALI as the receiver of my money now i see they have a new transaction place, but my order was paid in full. Explain to your bank/credit card company what is going on to get your refund. Order with Alert Pay and make sure that you give them the order number and the reference order of the transfer.

It will ship in a couple of days, no problem. I had the same problem too.

It's Bali Payment, the services these websites use for payment. They are under investigation for some criminal act, not the websites.

CloveCigaretteShop.com - no response to order inquiry

I ordered over 400$ of merchandise from this company back on Jan 1, 2010 and had no problems, order was pending on 1/1/10, then processing 1/1/10, then shipped by 1/3/10. I received my order 3 weeks later, which was awesome. Last Sunday, 6/27/10, I placed a new order for $216.85 and paid through BaliPay with my credit card same day (same process as for the January order). I also received the original confirmation email from the company that states, "Your Order has been received by our qualified team staff, if you do not receive any email within 4 - 8 hours regarding your order, please direct your email to info@***.com". So I waited a day... no email. Then, I emailed them on 6/28/10 asking for order status - no response. Same on 6/29, 6/30, and 7/1. I also emailed BaliPay regarding the problem on 6/30 and received no response from them. So now, the money is gone from my account, and according to their email, I should have received some notification from them, but I have not and my order still appears as pending on their website. I suppose I will have to file a charge back. It's too bad though, I used to think this was a good company to purchase from, now I can only say BUYER BEWARE!

I placed my clove order with your company and was billed for my order on May 22nd 2010. I have yet to see it or hear anything else regarding my order? You billed my chase credit card already for the amount of $39.99.. I even paid for quicker ems shipping? I have emailed six times now, with not even a response from anyone. My order still says pending? why after a month would it say that? Why does no one respond to emails being sent. BEWARE.....all clove smokers!

Greetings! I apologize in advance if this email is not welcome. I am writing to you because you were listed as a Fan on Indonesia Clove Cigarettes .... for Clovecigaretteshop.com I am sending out a warning to consumers that may be, or is considering an order from/through ClovecigaretteShop.com. I placed an order back at the end of September 2009. It is now Nov 13th 2009..., and I still have not recieved my clove cigarettes. I kept in close contact with DHL shipping, whom the package was shipped through. The package which was supposed to not have any indicators that it contained a tobacco product, was stopped and help for a short period by customs. Clovecigarettesshop.com does have a disclaimer stateing that if a package is KEPT by customs...they will not refund payments. This I can understand, and have no issue with. However, DHL shipping shows that the package was released and sent back to the shipper. According to DHL records, the package has been sitting in Indonesia waiting to be reclaimed by Clovecigarettesshop.com. After repeated efforts to contact them by email, I have recieved no help with the situation. I have sent Clovecigaretteshop.com all of the DHL tracking info I have recieved, as well as communications I have recieved from DHL. And yet they REFUSE to take care of either reshipping my order, or refunding my money to my credit card. I AM WARNING THOSE THAT USE THEIR SITE THAT THERE IS A CHANGE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY/ NOT RECIEVE YOUR ORDER...and it is NOT due to a package being help indefinately by customs. I placed an order on 10/10/2012, I have been ordering from these people for a year. I should of stopped after my last order when they sent me the wrong tracking number, but I received my order than so I didn't think twice.

This time it takes them over a week to even supossidly ship my packaged and all I get in an e-mail is my package has been sent, no tracking nothing.

I e-mailed them around 5 times for a tracking number. I even called them once still didn't get it, tonight I call them again and finally get a tracking number but it is "bugged" saying my order is still in Indonesia, I call the guy back and he keeps telling me to check w/ usps but I already did that and they have no record of the package.

The same thing happened to me. They won't send me half or give me money back.

I send them a nasty e-mail every week and have been for 2 months now. Inacigar is great. Cassen gets right back to you. He broke up my order and gift wrapped it.

I got it fine.Why doesn't clovecigarette shop do that? E-mail them as much as possible.

Same story. Place order the end of September 2010, they took the money, but I have not received the goods. Nor will they respond to emails/ calls. Looking at all the similar complaints I deduce two things.

1. No more orders should be done with them.

2. Can we make a common complaints/ legal action against them?

After placing several orders in the past, I placed an order a month ago. The money was withdrawn from my credit card a few days later through Bali pay.

I was informed by Clovecigaretteshop that my order was pending because of an issue with Bali pay. They won't respond to any emails regarding the status of my order or any requests to cancel the order and refund my money.

I have used Clove Cigarettes Shop several times in the past without any issues and have recommended the site to MANY of my friends who have made many purchases, spending a collective total of over $1000 through Clove Cigarettes Shop. But on September 1st 2010, I placed an order for $101.48.

On the same day, I made payment through BaliPayment with credit card for $107.48 ($6 fee to pay with credit card). It is now September 27th 2010, and I have made over a dozen attempts to contact Clove Cigarettes Shop through email about my order, and they claim I have not paid. They will NOT respond to ANY form of contact! They have my Money!

And will not ship my product or email me back! I have forwarded the confirmation/receipt of payment to them over 6 times now, begging and pleading they ship my order and include my receipt of payment in the email, and only twice have they responded and it was with an automated response of "we have not received payment, please forward your copy of confirmation email". They respond THIS to my FORWARD OF THE RECEIPT/CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT! I am starting to wonder if I will EVER receive my items, or if I have just lost over $100!!!

DO NOT order from this Company!

Greetings! "Clovecigaretteshop.com" I am sending out a warning to consumers that may be, or is considering an order from/through ClovecigaretteShop.com. I placed an order back at the end of September 2009. It is now Nov 13th 2009..., and I still have not recieved my clove cigarettes. I kept in close contact with DHL shipping, whom the package was shipped through. The package which was supposed to not have any indicators that it contained a tobacco product, was stopped and help for a short period by customs. Clovecigarettesshop.com does have a disclaimer stating that if a package is KEPT by customs...they will not refund payments. This I can understand, and have no issue with. However, DHL shipping shows that the package was released and sent back to the shipper. According to DHL records, the package has been sitting in Indonesia waiting to be reclaimed by Clovecigarettesshop.com. After repeated efforts to contact them by email, I have recieved no help with the situation. I have sent Clovecigaretteshop.com all of the DHL tracking info I have recieved, as well as communications I have recieved from DHL. And yet they REFUSE to take care of either reshipping my order, or refunding my money to my credit card. I AM WARNING THOSE THAT USE THEIR SITE THAT THERE IS A CHANGE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY/ NOT RECIEVE YOUR ORDER...and it is NOT due to a package being help indefinately by customs. Thank you for your complaint.

As our email conversation that we will re-send the package if the package already with us.

I have tracked the airwaybill number and shown that the package back to shipper. its not mean the package on us.

we have contacted the DHL in Indonesia and they said the package still on process or at customs in indonesia.

You can see on result of trace number that the return of package did not receive by anyone ( us ). The trace number only shown that the package back to shipper.

When the package with us, we will resend the return of package without any additional cost by EMS

We also do complaint with DHL because they changed their regulation without inform us before that they can't ship the cigarettes without ATF license.

For solve this problem and fast respond, we will resend the package but half of order by EMS first. after we got the return the package we will re-send the half again,

I hope this solution will help and make a clear our issue and win - win solution.

Incomplete order and no response

These guys customer service is decent until after you get your order and find out that it is not correct. I ordered 2 cartons of gudang garam international and received only 1. I ordered on 11/20/09 and received on 12/5/09. I sent numerous emails over the past week and at first CCS say that they will check on it, but that was it. I think that once they get your money then they don't care about how your order comes out. Buyers BEWARE of this company! Indonesia is notorious for shady dealings over the internet. They claim to offer refunds and garunteed customer satisfaction, but it is not true!!
